About Appliance Pickup Now
Appliance Pickup Now helps people request removal of old appliances from independent local pickup partners.
A request starts the conversation
Tell us the appliance type, condition, location, and access details. A partner who can accept the request may contact you to discuss pickup. APN’s website is a request service; the partner handles the actual collection.
Availability varies by location and appliance. There is no guaranteed callback or pickup time. Wait for a partner to confirm before preparing an appliance for collection.
What “free pickup” means
Submitting a request is free. A partner may accept an appliance without a pickup charge when reuse, parts, or recycling value makes the job worthwhile. Special access, disconnection, or other work can affect what a provider offers. Agree on all terms before the visit.
Independent partners
Partners may include appliance haulers, repair businesses, recyclers, and resellers. A city page describes a place where someone can request service; it is not an APN branch, a local office, or a promise of coverage. Ask the collector about their business, handling practices, insurance, and any terms relevant to your pickup.
Your request information
Pickup details are processed to review the request and may be provided to an independent pickup partner. APN also invites businesses to apply for partner lead access. See the privacy policy for information about form processing and sharing.
If pickup is unavailable
If no partner confirms a pickup, contact your municipal waste department, a local appliance recycler, or the retailer delivering your replacement. Ask about accepted appliances, refrigerant handling, access, appointments, and the full price before agreeing.
