Appliance removal guide

Frigidaire appliance pickup and disposal

The model, condition, and pickup access matter more than the brand name when arranging removal.

Identify the appliance and its condition

Tell the collector whether it is a refrigerator, freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, or range. Include the model details, whether it works, and known faults. An optional appliance photo can help the provider assess size and access.

Check repair or warranty options

If you are replacing it because of a fault, check the warranty for the exact model and obtain a diagnosis if appropriate. APN does not provide manufacturer warranty approval. Use our repair comparison guide to evaluate a quote against the full replacement cost.

Plan for connections and access

Gas, hardwired electrical, and plumbing connections need suitable qualified help. Confirm who handles disconnection before collection. Stairs, built-in installations, and difficult carries may affect acceptance or price. APN does not promise free professional disconnection or acceptance of every Frigidaire model.

Compare removal choices

Ask the retailer delivering a replacement about haul-away, or contact a local recycler or municipal program. For a working unit, ask a reuse organization about acceptance. Refrigerators and freezers need a provider that can handle refrigerants; keep their cooling systems intact.

APN is independent of Frigidaire. See our recycling guide or refrigerator access checklist.

Request pickup availability

Submitting an APN request is free. An independent partner may contact you if they can accept the appliance and location. Availability, timing, access requirements, and any charges must be agreed directly. A submitted request does not book an appointment.

Check pickup availability

For an existing request or a data question, contact APN. See our pickup FAQ for more details.
