Refrigerator pickup
Style and approximate dimensions: top-freezer, side-by-side, French-door, built-in, or compact.
Washing machine pickup
Top-load, front-load, compact, or all-in-one model, and whether a dryer is included.
Dryer pickup
Gas, electric, heat-pump, or combination washer-dryer, plus the model if known.
Dishwasher pickup
Built-in, portable, countertop, or drawer-style dishwasher.
Oven & stove pickup
Gas or electric; freestanding range, slide-in range, wall oven, or cooktop.
Freezer pickup
Chest, upright, compact, or built-in freezer, with approximate dimensions.
Microwave pickup
Countertop, over-the-range, or built-in model, with approximate size.
Water heater pickup
Gas, electric, heat-pump, tankless, or storage-tank model; include tank capacity if known.

Collection, uninstallation, and recycling are separate
First confirm that a provider accepts your appliance. Then agree on who handles disconnection, carrying, and transport, and where the appliance will go. Gas, plumbing, and hardwired electrical work may require a separate qualified professional.
Have a replacement arriving? Ask whether the retailer or installer includes haul-away. Otherwise, use your municipal program’s current rules or a local recycler’s acceptance list to compare options.

Which appliances can I request pickup for?
You can describe refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, freezers, microwaves, and water heaters. A local partner decides which items they can accept; listing an appliance does not guarantee collection.
Can I include working and broken appliances?
Yes. Give the condition of each appliance honestly, including leaks or damage. A partner may accept some items and decline others.
How do I arrange pickup of several appliances?
List every item, its condition, and its location in one request. Wait for the partner to confirm the complete list, carrying arrangements, appointment, and any charges.
